It was my first consultation, but they explained things very kindly and well, which I liked. They asked me to leave a deposit, which felt a bit off, but among the places I went to, the director’s explanation here was the clearest and best. He pointed out which areas needed surgery and told me what kind of surgery would be good for each one.
