Haha this is my personal opinion! When I was waiting outside there were not that many patients, but I saw maybe one doctor... They only picked a line once and that was it The manager also did not really explain things, but rather said to ask if I had any questions When I asked about aftercare, they asked back what I wanted, and I was so caught off guard... Also, the manager mixed in casual speech^^ Like saying "yeah yeah" and various other things... Maybe this is not a big deal? But usually I do not feel that way, and even if I did, I would think it was because they were being friendly. Here, for some reason, I felt like they were looking down on people.
