The consultation manager was extremely rude. They made it so obvious that they were annoyed that I felt awkward even asking questions. From start to finish, I wondered how they could possibly be that rude. When I was talking with the director and said I wanted to ask about the surgery process, the consultation manager cut me off in the middle and said, I will explain that. Maybe because I look younger than my age, they subtly spoke to me informally. I was so annoyed I almost started speaking informally too. I do not know the director's skill level either, but if the hospital is going to do well based on the director's skill, they need to replace the consultation staff first.
