When I had the consultation, the director explained things kindly, but on the day of my surgery, the director was yelling at a nurse in the operating room where I was lying down (it was not because of my case) lol. The director was getting worked up and running around, so I was really scared that the surgery might go wrong. T_T In the end, the facial fat grafting looked natural, so I did not file a complaint, but... I do not think I will ever go again~
