As soon as I arrived, I had a CT scan, then consulted with the manager, waited about 15 minutes, and then consulted with the director. The staff were not especially kind. If anything, the director seemed extremely kind. I brought more than ten questions, and he answered them sincerely and even asked me if I had any more questions and to keep asking. The consultation with the director took nearly 20 minutes, and while talking, I decided I wanted to do it here, so I booked the surgery right away.
