My friend and I had our first nose surgery together 10 years ago, and I remember they cut inside the nose to do it. I remember talking with the doctor while having the nose surgery lol. I just did it rather impulsively because the price was not that expensive, and there were not many visible signs of surgery afterward. Later, I developed an infection at the tip of my nose and had revision surgery again T_T
