I visited about a month? two months? ago to consult about dual canthoplasty and booked immediately. I was deciding between other hospitals, but after the consultation I felt they prioritized safety, seemed delicate, and seemed to pursue a natural result, so I was really drawn in. There was absolutely no pressure to reserve, and they said refunds would be processed immediately without a cumbersome procedure, which made me feel they do not see patients as money and also gave me confidence in the hospital. A few weeks from now I will have the surgery, and I am so nervous. If it goes well, I will come back and leave a surgery review too T_T I had a ton of questions and kept the manager there, asking a lot, but she answered like a friend, very kindly and in detail, and answered the parts I was worried about without showing any annoyance, which I was really grateful for.. I probably bothered her a lot T_T I really liked the surgeon's method too, and the explanation was easy and detailed, so I understood it more easily! The surgery cost was also good.
