I had my first nose surgery with a friend 10 years ago, and I remember they cut inside the nose. I also remember talking with the doctor while getting the nose surgery lol. I just sort of did it without much thought, and since the price wasn't that expensive, I went ahead with it. The surgery didn't look too obvious, but later I got inflammation at the tip of my nose, so I had revision surgery again
