When I was a first-year university student, I had enough money saved up, so I got fat-dissolving injections. I had them in the full face and thighs. The important thing is that the first session has absolutely no effect. None at all. I had two sessions, but I still do not know if there was any effect.. maybe I should have kept going. If you are going to get fat-dissolving injections, I think it is better to combine them with dieting.
