My temples were extremely hollow, and the middle of my forehead was starting to sink in too, so I had facial fat grafting (forehead, temples, anterior cheeks, chin). For liposuction, I had my double chin done (it wasn’t severe, but after seeing side-profile photos, I added it since I was already doing it) and had a little fat suctioned from both jawlines to refine the line. What “refining” means... I guess I’ll know when I see the results. Looking at other people’s posts, they said they didn’t swell much, could return to daily life right away, and it wasn’t very noticeable, but is it because of my age?? It’s day 8, and I’m still like a steamed bun, and when I smile, my mouth doesn’t lift because of my chin, so I can’t smile. Also, my whole face hurts when washing my face and applying basic skincare, and the bruising started showing from day 5 and is still the same around my eyes. The liposuction jawline is square, so it looks funny too.
It’s distressing because daily life is hard, and I’m just waiting, hoping it goes down quickly. ㅜㅠ Other people say one week is when it looks the prettiest, but I’m just begging for even half of it to go down more. I asked for it to be gentle and natural, but maybe I’m the type where swelling doesn’t go down ...
