It has been a year since I had liposuction for my double chin, and my weight is exactly the same, but there is zero effect.. If anything, it seems more saggy, and my double chin seems worse than last year. And because it is sagging, my neck wrinkles have deepened too, so my double chin looks even worse. I am not sure whether the liposuction did not work properly or whether sagging is the problem.. I am considering a revision surgery.
