I had a lot of questions, but the doctor explained them kindly. I felt trust because they did not recommend excessive surgery. The facilities felt a little small-scale, but they were clean. However, it seemed like the nurse was using the front desk system to ask and enter everything directly, and I did not like that because privacy was not protected.
