The director's tone itself is kind of cool and reserved, but he explains things in detail, and even when the conversation was interrupted he kept asking if I had any more questions, so I felt comfortable asking everything I wanted. The coordinator was also very kind, and I was glad they explained a lot of things I hadn't heard at other clinics.
