They kindly answered all my questions, and above all, I really liked the after photos. It just didn’t seem like the kind of place where they proactively tell you lots of things first! The staff were all kind, and the waiting time was short, which was nice. I also felt reassured that the doctor is a specialist in otolaryngology since I have severe rhinitis.
