I got a consultation for a bulbous nose. First I had a long consultation with the manager, then with the director. The manager first pointed out where things should be done, and the director added to that or removed things while consulting. The biggest difference from other hospitals was that they showed me review photos of people with noses similar to mine, and unlike the places I had consulted before, where they would just ask what kind of feeling I wanted and then say this was the only way it could be done, here they explained why it had to be done this way, why donated rib cartilage should be used, and so on, so I felt quite trusted. They also said CCTV footage would not be disclosed, but for some reason that made me trust them even more. And the director, not the manager, recommended filler, Botox, and fat grafting, which surprised me a little ^^..
