Maybe because she was a female doctor, she was incredibly meticulous. At other hospitals, the explanations were similar, like "We'll use septal cartilage and ear cartilage~ We'll use a support structure~" but Dr. Light gave such detailed explanations that I was surprised, like saying the pinched parts would use ear cartilage, and because the nostrils were a bit uneven, it would be good to place ear cartilage there too...! Compared to the other places, she definitely looked at everything more carefully and gave better recommendations.
