I made a consultation and booked the surgery date right away.
First, there were almost no people at the hospital, so I was a bit surprised, but I liked that the consultation went directly to the director without any manager consultation. Since it was a revision, they took a CT scan first and explained things in detail while looking at the images, which I liked, and I also liked how they kept trying to communicate with the patient to see if there were any questions. They said they usually do not use nose packing or splints, and I liked that they only use autologous cartilage as well (they said that, unlike other hospitals, the septal cartilage is autologous cartilage, so it can be reused). Aftercare is swelling laser! It is a little worrying that the director personally performs the sedation anesthesia, but they said there has not been a single medical accident in 20 years, so I am trying to trust them.
About 5 years ago, when I first had a consultation for surgery, I skipped this place because it felt blunt? cold? and was too expensive, and I do wonder whether the first surgery would have gone well if I had done it here, but I hope this surgery goes well!
