They performed the surgery using a septal graft and Gore-Tex. I was disappointed because they answered that they decide the implant height during surgery, so they do not know the exact height. I spent about 5 years doing well without major side effects. However, because it felt a little crooked and my skin felt thinner, I had revision surgery.
