The manager at the front counter wasn't exactly super kind, but during the consultation with the manager, I felt it was more professional than other hospitals. And in other hospitals they recommended surgery, but this plastic surgery clinic said this much doesn't need revision surgery, and that if the result wouldn't be much different compared to the cost, wouldn't that be a waste? They carefully looked it over and I felt the manager gave an honest consultation. The director wasn't stiff either, but gentle and calm, so it was easy to ask questions. The director also advised against surgery (Director Lee). Since it's a clinic specialized in eyes, I wondered if that was why it felt different, and they even considered my financial situation, so it felt human and honest. If I end up having surgery, I want to go here.
