I had nose surgery and it was botched. They did cartilage repositioning and only reduced the columella, but they left the nostrils uneven, and scar tissue formed inside the nose so it shows from below, and my old nose was much better. I don't know how they did the repositioning, but the nasal tip became even more blunt and drooped.~~~~~ The doctor, as other people said, is trying to avoid risky surgery and do things safely, but the results are not great. And the explanation was unfriendly too, though confidence is overflowing. So I'm looking into revision surgery now.
