During the consultation, they do not really recommend any specific procedure or surgery. Instead, if you explain what area you want to change, they tell you whether they would recommend that surgery or not. They are not the type to actively push a particular surgery, so it would probably be better to study a bit beforehand and ask questions about the parts you do not understand or are curious about. That would make the consultation go more smoothly!
