The place I was most looking forward to. There was no wait, and after arriving I had a CT scan and filled out my chart. I consulted for functional nose + cosmetic nose revision surgery. The manager was kind and asked which parts were uncomfortable. Then I consulted with the director, and the material was absolutely only autologous costal cartilage. When I asked whether donor rib cartilage was not possible, they said it was hard to obtain and that only autologous costal cartilage was possible. Also, because of a complication from the first surgery, the septum is deviated, and I had looked into functional nose surgery together because I wondered whether I should also do functional nose surgery for that reason, but then I thought that aesthetically, if I was doing revision surgery, of course the deviated part should be straightened as well, and I started to wonder. I felt like maybe I did not need the functional nose surgery after all. It was the most expensive estimate among the places I visited.
