I had a consultation for a low nose, and I am scheduled for surgery soon. I visited after getting a recommendation from a coordinator at another hospital. He asked me to say what shape of nose I wanted. He said he would do the bridge with silicone and the tip with cartilage, and that the surgery would be done under sleep anesthesia and then I would be woken up during the procedure.
