The director is very thorough and good at consultations. They looked at my eyes exactly in a way that suited me and explained all sorts of things, so it really felt like they were making sure I understood everything. They didn’t seem to do overtreatment either. However, the manager didn’t seem very friendly and only answered exactly what I asked.
