I got a quick zygoma reduction at Bien Plastic Surgery. In the end, I regret not just getting a regular cheekbone reduction surgery. The quick zygoma surgery didn't have much effect for me, and since I have some back-cheekbone width and a 45-degree cheekbone angle, I'm still considering revision surgery. Before getting quick zygoma reduction, I think you should first judge whether it will actually make a big difference for your face shape and then proceed.
