Director Lee Jinsu’s expertise was outstanding. Out of the 8 clinics I visited, he was the only one who accurately explained the cause of the asymmetry, and he immediately told me that the part of my jawline that I was most worried about would need to be incised, which made me trust him a lot. However, the manager seems very seasoned. I was told they have been working for 11 years, but even though the director said double jaw surgery was not necessary for my case, the manager recommended it and gave the impression of trying to add all kinds of procedures. Since it is a major surgery, other hospitals said, take your time and think it over. But here, the manager was the only one who said I should get blood drawn and set a date right away, which felt like excessive sales pressure. The cost was double compared with other places. Because of the manager, I absolutely do not want to do it here.
