I visited because I had been shopping around for eye surgery. I went there on purpose because it is a hospital that only does eyes. The staff were also kind, and I liked that the hospital had a booklet of before-and-after photos. During the consultation with the director, he analyzed my eyes really well and clearly explained the pros and cons of the surgical methods, so I felt like I studied a lot too. Among all the hospitals I had visited, this one had the highest consultation satisfaction. However, because the director used a very neighborhood-uncle kind of tone and spoke casually a lot, I did not get the impression that he was particularly kind. T_T If I do have surgery, I think he will do it carefully.
