I had a consultation with Director Lee, and I was deeply moved by how sweet they were. They explained the surgery method in much more detail than other hospitals. At other places they would just say they would insert ear cartilage and raise the bridge of the nose, but Director Lee explained things in a way that was very easy to understand, such as mashing the ear cartilage and, if needed, wrapping it with fascia before building it up. I also asked a huge number of questions in complete comfort. The consultation was really comfortable. On the other hand, even though I went at the first appointment, the waiting time was extremely long, and in consultations at other hospitals they said osteotomy was not necessary, but here they said both hump reduction and lateral osteotomy were needed, so I lost much of my desire to have surgery. Still, if we only consider the director's consultation, this was the best place among all the hospitals I visited. They also talked about cases of side effects and mentioned many patients they had operated on directly, which was very informative. The consultation fee did not feel wasted at all.
