I had the 3-part facial contouring procedure about 4 years ago. Overall, it definitely improved a lot. What I do regret is that I was told not to do the T-shaped osteotomy on the jaw, but I wish I had done it. My confidence went up a lot after this surgery. The front view is definitely better, and wanting a little more shaving is just my own greed, but I think I ended up doing it this way because of naturalness haha.
