I got nose surgery and it was a disaster. They only did cartilage repositioning and reduced the columella, but they left my nostrils uneven, and scar tissue formed inside my nose so that you can see it from below, and the old nose was much better. I don't know how they did the repositioning, but the tip of my nose became blunter and drooped more.~~~~~ The doctor, like other people said, tries not to do risky surgery and wants to do it safely, but the result is not great. And the explanations were unfriendly; he was overly confident. So I'm looking into revision surgery now.
