I had nose surgery. I liked that the director did not overtreat, but I wanted a high, cosmetic-looking nose, and he told me not to do that at all and to only add height to the bridge, so I just had silicone placed in the bridge and only did cartilage tying. There is hardly any difference to the point that nobody can tell I had surgery, so I'm thinking about revision surgery.
