Since it's a clinic with a good reputation, I added it to my list and went for a consultation, but like the reviews said, I couldn't consult with the doctor. What bothered me was that I consulted with a manager who wasn't a doctor, and there were also reviews saying to avoid clinics like this, so T_T I'm thinking about whether to go again another time.
