Eye Surgery Considerations

Hanabi review

I went for a consultation because I heard on another cafe that this place was famous for nose surgery. Like other hospitals, the consultation followed the usual routine of consultation manager - director - consultation manager. I arrived at the hospital earlier than my appointment time, and the patient who had already finished surgery ended sooner than expected, so my consultation started earlier too, which was nice! The director was only there for 1 minute, explained my nose condition while looking at the CT, and then told me to ask anything I was curious about. If you are going to consult, I think it would be good to think of your questions in advance. The director is really kind and answers in great detail. At first the consultation manager used honorifics, but then started speaking in a somewhat casual, half-polite way? It was quite unpleasant and not good at all. When I asked whether there was CCTV in the operating room, they said there was no separate CCTV because it is a one-doctor clinic, but that there was CCTV in front of the operating room door. When I asked after surgery whether I could see the CCTV in front of the operating room, they said no haha. Still, for functional nose surgery insurance claims, they gave me a small paper with the disease code written on it for insurance items, so I could contact the insurance company in advance, which was nice. But the consultation manager speaking casually, plus my desire to have the surgery disappearing, and the fact that they would not let me check the CCTV even though it is a one-doctor clinic, made it a bad experience.
