I went in for a revision consultation, but ended up talking to the office manager for longer instead. I thought the doctor and I needed to agree and communicate well, but it felt like talking to a wall. There was no intention to listen to the patient; they just went on and on with formal explanations, so I left having heard it with one ear and let it out the other. The overall atmosphere was not bad, but when I thought about whether I could keep feeling good while seeing the progress of my nose with that doctor for a whole year even after surgery, I realized absolutely not. The consultation manager was very kind.
