I went to consult about nose surgery, and they said I probably did not need to do it and told me to think it over more, which gave me the feeling that this was an honest place. Still, since I said I wanted the nasal bridge, they let me try on a silicone nasal bridge and showed me what it would look like, then told me to think about it again and come back.
