My double chin was really severe in my early 20s, but I didn't have much money, so I checked an event-price listing and went in for a consultation. First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and kind, and the doctor had a somewhat casual way of speaking, like, "You'll need a lifting later~ and also this~". People who are sensitive might find that unpleasant, but I didn't feel bad at the time. Overall, it wasn't bad.
