It is very hard to get a consultation booked. They arbitrarily say that an appointment made weeks ago cannot be kept because of surgery, so it has to be postponed.... It was frustrating. I also had many places I could not book because I was trying not to overlap with other reservations, so it felt like they did not care about patients. That is why I just canceled the consultation. I feel like they would handle aftercare the same way too.
