Both the consultation manager and the director were kind, and they consulted me with great care. But they seemed to think alar reduction surgery is something simple and easy, so... I am a bit conflicted. Of course it is easier than other nose surgeries, but hmm... I have already made a surgery reservation, but I am still a scaredy-cat and keep worrying.
