Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but both the coordinator and the director were younger than I expected and explained things calmly, which made me feel good. There was none of that annoying "let me rush through this" feeling at all, and although the price was on the higher side, they explained my eyes carefully and honestly, so it was a pleasant consultation.
