Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but both the manager and the director were younger than I thought and explained things calmly, so I felt good about it. There was none of that rushed, annoying explanation at all, and even though the price was on the higher side, they explained carefully and honestly what was going on with my eyes, so it was a pleasant consultation.
