The director was really kind and explained everything in detail while drawing diagrams. I wrote down a list of questions and asked them, and they answered in great detail. I could see that the consultation manager was also making a lot of effort to tailor the surgery to my needs. They were kind and absolutely did not pressure me for a reservation fee. The clinic atmosphere was good too, and I recommend going at least once.
