Both the director and the manager were kind, and their back-and-forth communication was good They also explained the characteristics of the implants in depth They explained the differences between materials and gave me the choice, so I am thinking about it Rather than firmly deciding and recommending something, it felt like they gave me some opportunity to think and consider it myself There was a bit of a wait, but they gave feedback on why it was being delayed, so I think it was okay I also went ahead and put down a reservation deposit here
