They really listened carefully to my skin concerns I had so many worries about my face because of melasma, blemishes, and various types of hyperpigmentation, but they listened to everything and suggested solutions. They carefully consulted me by area, starting with why the blemishes keep appearing, and I think they also improved efficiency so I could save time with a method that could improve everything at once. They suggested the treatment methods step by step, and it definitely made me think the results would be good.
