The other staff also responded kindly every time I visited. I only had surgery on my square jaw, so I think I returned to daily life faster than expected. The progress after surgery also resolved the parts I wanted fixed, so it was kind of amazing and made me feel good.
As for downsides, the parking lot required a vehicle lift, so parking took a long time. And after surgery, the compression band size they gave me was too small, so my ears hurt a lot when I wore it.
