I had cheekbone surgery about five years ago. The side cheekbones were reduced well, but the front cheekbones and the 45-degree area were not reduced as much as I expected. I guess that is because my cheekbones were so large. It has been 5 years and I am living without any problems. I only went once for aftercare and then got lazy and stopped going, so I do not really know much about it.
