The hospital is large, and the surgery floor and treatment floor are separated, so I think it is good for surgery patients~ I get jaw Botox here regularly. There are a lot of patients and the hospital is busy, so it feels a bit impersonal, but I think that is better than them pushing too hard and then backing off apologetically.
