Safety seems to be the top priority first and foremost.... If you want to see a stronger effect, you need to emphasize it strongly during the pre-op consultation. The doctor seems to stick firmly to the direction they themselves think is right...^^ The result fell short of the effect I wanted... There were many things that I found lacking in communication with the director, such as not being told in detail how the surgery would be done and only getting answers when I asked. Since even a single word can change the result, make sure to clearly say what you want.
