At first, it seems like safety comes first.... If you want to see a stronger effect, you need to emphasize that strongly during the pre-op consultation. They seem to tend to stick firmly to the direction the doctor himself thinks is right...^^ The result fell short of the effect I wanted... There were also many disappointing parts in terms of communication with the director, such as not explaining in detail how the surgery would be done and only answering when I asked. A single word can change the outcome, so be sure to clearly state what you want.
