I didn't get to see the director. The consultation was handled by the manager. She explained various things, but the lines felt like copy-paste dialogue, and I wasn't sure if they were actually tailored to my situation.. Still, she was kind during the consultation. I didn't go to the hospital with high expectations in the first place, so I'm just going to pass.
