I had a consultation with Director Kim Susin. Maybe because he is older, but it felt like there was absolutely no communication. He would give very long answers to my questions, but they were all words with no substance, kept going on for a long time, so I did not know whether I had come here for a plastic surgery consultation or to be lectured by an old man. I could not even interrupt, and there was nothing I could take away, so it felt like a complete waste of time. The consultation manager was not kind either and was similar, so I left quickly.
